As our understanding of the links between health, nutrition, sleep and fitness and decision-making ability have grown, there is a clear performance benefit in managing the health and wellbeing of the leadership of an organisation.

How we support you


We put together a bespoke support package periodising your week to help you perform when it counts. Services include…

  • Sleep Monitoring – Sleep is vital to performance, but it is often difficult to obtain for leaders in professional sports. We can help you to understand how to maximise this crucial component of performance.
  • Nutrition Support – The fuel you put in your body will go a long way to determining how you feel and therefore, influence the decision you take. A stable nutrition plan tailored to maximise your performance at key times in the week is essential. We can work with the chef in your club to ensure that you are provided with the correct nutrition at the right time.
  • Training programmes – Better decision making under stress is directly related to physical fitness. The fitter we are the better able we are to recover from stressful situations and go again. In the relentless world of professional sports, physical stamina is crucial.
  • HRV – In this world, stress is inevitable, how you react to it is trainable. Heart Rate Variability (HRV) gives an indication of the state of the body’s nervous system, whether you are in a fight/flight mode or more relaxed. In professional sport you need to be ready to react at key times in the week. Through monitoring your HRV we can determine how much chronic stress the body is under and put in place strategies to help you deal better with the inevitable stress that comes your way.
  • Development mapping – Let us help you manage your CPD and with your guidance help to shape your development opportunities.
  • Performance staff management – Often, the performance services staff can be one of the most difficult area for a coach to manage. A group of staff who may have a PhD in their chosen field but may not have much experience in the sport itself. With 16 year’s experience as a member of performance support staff in the world’s biggest clubs, we can help you navigate this often tricky relationship.
  • Environmental support – We can provide a second, external viewpoint on the challenges facing you on a day-by-day basis.
  • Theming – Theming is key to creating a compelling narrative behind which your team can rally. We can help you to design a theme and deliver it successfully, increasing team cohesion.
